Dr. Lisa Lintz

Dr. Lisa Lintz attended Harvard and Columbia University, and completed her medical school training at the University of Southern California, USC. Dr. Lintz has been a member of our staff for over 10 years, specializing in the diagnosis and management of medical eye disorders.

A native of Encino, Dr. Lintz comes to us with a truly remarkable background. Dr. Lintz attended Westlake High School, where she graduated as valedictorian of her class. She then attended Harvard University in Boston.

During college, she married her high school sweetheart, and moved to New York, where they attended college together. She completed college at Columbia University in New York City, graduating "cum laude" in Biology.

Since the families of both Dr. Lintz and her husband live in the San Fernando Valley, Dr. Lintz decided to return to our area for her medical training. She attended USC School of Medicine and she completed her ophthalmology residency at the White Memorial Medical Center. During her training, Dr. Lintz was highly regarded by her teachers and colleagues because of her intelligence, her loving care of her patients, and her wonderful humor and good nature.

She is bright, energetic and has a natural warmth and joy which seems to "rub off" on everyone around her. For all of her academic and personal achievements, there is another facet of Dr. Lintz's life which is perhaps even more extraordinary. During her highly successful years of medical training, Dr. Lintz also managed to have five wonderful children. With the help of her extended family and the support and encouragement of her husband, she successfully lives the dual life of mother and physician. She and her family are members of the Shaarey Zedek congregation.
